Concerning with the above issues, the writer put forward the following suggestions to deal with them: I. The Government should have overall strategic plan and objection in building standard sport grounds in Xinjiang. II. To give more attention to the standard sport grounds for the special games of the local ethnic groups. III. A quick measure should be taken to the standard sport grounds both in quantity and quality. IV. The existing standard sport grounds should be valued for use. As the sport ground is not only the basic condition for sport competition and physical education activities, but also a sign of the regional economic development. It is even more the guarantee to improve citizen’s health and to build a harmonious society.
