北京奥运观众参及心理特点及安保问题探究 摘要：安全问题始终是所有奥运主办城市面对的核心问题。北京奥运会组委会，各国家、地区的运动员和观众是构成北京奥运会的三大人员要素。北京奥运会组委会及其职能部门是运动员和观众的纽带，如何安全有效的把观众组织起来参与到奥运赛场气氛之中，并促使运动员在激烈而和谐有序的气氛中创造出优异的成绩，对于北京奥运会的成功举办具有重要的现实意义。北京奥运观众安全问题的来源十分广泛，但社会各界对此并没有形成足够的认识。笔者在分析北京奥运观众参与心理特点的基础上,探讨了北京奥运观众安全问题的类型和表现特征，提出了北京奥运观众安保的具体预防措施：建立北京奥运门票销售实名制系统；即制定北京奥运现场观众安保实施方案，最大限度地降低奥运现场观众自身潜在的安全隐患；构建北京奥运观众安保应急管理体系；从而为实现真正意义上的“平安奥运”的奋斗目标提供参考。 关键词：北京奥运；观众；心理特点；安全保卫 中图分类号：G811.21文献标识码：A文章编号：1004-4590(2008)04-0032-05? Beijing Olympic Games Organization committee and the Functional departments are the athlete and audience’s link, how safe effective to organize the audience to participation in the Olympic Games athletic field atmosphere, and urges the athlete creates the outstanding result in intense and in the harmonious order atmosphere, successfully holds regarding Beijing Olympic Games’ has the vital practical significance.
