摘 要 随着科技的发展和人类文明的进步，经济社会的不断进步，经济全球化不断深 入发展，人们饮食文化日益多样化，食品加工过程中化学品和新技术的广泛使用， 新的食品安全问题不断涌现。尽管现代科技己发展到了相当水平，但食源性疾病不 论在发达国家还是发展中国家，都没有得到有效的控制，仍然严重地危害着人民的 健康，成为当今世界各国最关注的卫生问题之一。中国的食品安全问题层出不穷， 每年频频出现的重大食品安全事件，不仅严重影响到了人们的身体健康，造成了巨 额的财产损失，而且也影响到了中国的经济发展、食品出口、社会稳定等一系列问 题。食品卫生与安全已成为备受关注的热门话题。因此，就食品安全问题本身的严 峻性而言，重视并大力解决好这一问题依然迫在眉睫。 关键词：食品安全，安全事故，当前现状 - 2 - Abstract With the development of science and technology and the progress of human civilization, economic and social progress, economic globalization, peoples diet culture increasingly diversification, the process of food chemicals and new technology is widely used, new food safety problems emerge.
