茶叶深加工产业现状及发展举措探讨

摘要：针对我国茶叶深加工产业发展现状、面临问题进行了梳理剖析，并结合近年来的研究基础提出了
茶叶深加工产业健康发展的一些举措：控制深加工原料的质量安全性；提高科技创新对产业的贡献度，加大荼
资源“跨界开发”力度；促进深加工领域的科技成果转化，提高跨界产品的产业化程度和扩大茶叶深加工初级产
品的应用程度，提高市场对产业的拉动力；完善深加工领域标准体系等等，真正带动茶叶产业迎来一个跨越式
发展的战略机遇期。
