Effects of reaction temperature ，the molar ratio of methanol to oil ，reaction time and co–solvent on the yield of biodiesel were studied. Under the optimal reaction conditions：reaction temperature 350℃，molar ratio of methanol to Xanthocers Sorbifolia seed oil 40 ∶1，reaction time 15 min ，the yield of biodiesel could reach 91.25%.
