摘 要：介绍了近年来超临界制备色谱技术在热力学及动力学等方面的研究进展，并重点综述
了在功能糖、脂肪酸、氨基酸、维生素等功能性食品，以及手性药物、Z一藁本内酯、青蒿素、茄尼醇
等天然药物的分离纯化过程的应用进展，最后对超临界流体制备色谱技术在热敏性高附加值产品
的分离提纯技术领域的应用前景进行了展望。
