城市地下工程集聚区的再开发规划和资源整合·
——以湛江市霞山区商贸中心片区为例

摘要：分析了当前城市地T-x-程普遍存在着缺乏地下空间规划、法规不明确、工程配套
不足与使用效果不理想等问题，以湛江市霞山区商贸中心片区为例，提出应尽快编制城市地下
空间综合规划的同时，开展在城市地下工程集聚区再开发利用的规划，以整合资源。规划时注
意分析存在问题，从原则、目标、定位方法、效果预期等方面着手规翅I。为了规划的实施，还应
解决法规政策、配套规向l、组织协调、管理机制和综合技术问题。
