城市既有住区改造绿色施工技术模糊综合评价

[摘要]根据城市既有住区改造施工特点和绿色施工技术的内涵，尝试建立了城市住区绿色施工技术评价体系，针
对评价对象的复杂性及其评价指标的模糊性，采用多因素多级模糊综合评价模型进行评价，并对在建的某城市既
有住区改造工程进行实证研究，根据评价结果给出相应改进意见。
