It is located in the coastal core section of the Huangpu River and has abundant historical and cultural heritages. Under the premise of finance-oriented function, the planning persists in the concept of “Harmony Coexistence, Integration Penetration, and Livability High- efficiency”, simultaneously it focuses on the aspects of history of cultural heritage, public activity as well as integration of function formats and so on.
