经济型酒店服务创新探微 ——以汉庭酒店为例 摘 要：随着经济型酒店数量的迅速扩张，服务创新逐渐成为有关酒店抢夺市场占有率的有力武器。本文首先介绍了经济型酒店的的发展概况，并从管理、组织和服务的角度揭示了我国经济型酒店的发展规律，且深入阐述了经济型酒店未来的发展趋势。其次，从消费需求结构、产品生命周期和酒店发展战略三个方面探讨了经济型酒店发展服务创新的必要性，并剖析了服务创新对经济型酒店发展核心优势、增强竞争实力、降低经营风险、提高收益以及塑造良好的企业形象等方面的重要意义。在确立了以上理论依据的基础上，进而以汉庭酒店为例，着重分析其进行服务创新的具体措施。最后总结出汉庭酒店的成功做法对其他经济型酒店的影响和启示。本文采用理论分析和案例研究相结合的方法，对经济型酒店的服务创新问题进行探讨，以期能具有一定的理论和实践价值。 关键词：经济型酒店；服务；汉庭酒店 A Probe into Service Innovation of Budget Hotel —Case Study of Hanting Inns Abstract: With the rapid expansion of the quantity of budget hotels, service innovation has become the sharp weapon to seize the market share for budget hotels. First, this report recommended the concept of budget hotel, and derived the tendency of the development of budget hotels in the future through introducing the development of budget hotels in china and setting forth the laws of the development of budget hotels in china deeply from the angle of management, organization and service. The second part first analysised the necessity of developing the service innovation from the structure of consumer demands, the life cycle of products and the strategies of the development of hotels; then summarized the significance of service innovation to budget hotels to develop the core superiority, enhance the strength of competition, reduce the risk of operation, improve the incomes as well as mold a good enterprise image. Then this report introduced the measures of the service innovation in Hanting inns in detail based on theories. Finally, this report summarized the influence and inspiration of specific measures of service innovation in Hanting inns to the economical hospitality industry in china. This report discussed the service innovation of budget hotels by employing the theory analysis and case study, expecting to have important significance in theory and practice.
