M ethods MR I of 739 p tients w ith knee joint tr um in ou r hosp it l. 53 of them ( m le 32, fem le 21) suffered w ith obscure tr um of knee joint. Aged from 16 to 51 ye rs old. 23 c ses were ex m ed by rthroscopy. theMRI sc le of cute obscure tr um of knee joint w s determ ined by the resu lt of rthroscopy nd the ppe r nce ofMRI. R esu lts MRI of 53 c ses show ed: bone contusions in 6 c ses, chondric injury in 47 c ses( 6 c ses ofm inute subchondr l bone fr cture). In the c ses of chondric injury, there w ere ∃ % in 11, %in 13, ∋ %in 14 nd (% in 9; ! 23 p tients w ere ex m ed by rthroscopy .
