CancerBiolMed2013；10：165-168．doi：10．7497／j．issn．2095·3941．2013．03．007 ORIGINALARTICLE PrognositicfactorsandcIinicopathoIogiccharacteristics ofsmallgastrointestinaIstromaltumorofthestomach：a retrospectiveanalysisof31casesinonecenter ZhenHuang，YuanLi，HongZhao，Jian—JunZhao，Jian—Qiangcai DepartmentofAbdominalSurgery,CancerInstituteandHospital，ChineseAcademyofMedicalScienceandPekingUnion MedicalCollege，Beijing100021．China Objective：Toanalyzetheclinicopathologiccharacteristicsandprognosticfactorsofsmallgastrointestinalstromaltumor (GIST)ofthestomach． Methods：Atotalof31smallgastricGISTpatients,including10malesand21females,withamedinaageofS8years(37— 81years)，whounderwentsurgeryatnaytimefrom1999to2012wereincludedinthisstudrTheclinicalrecordsofhte patientswereanalyzedrertospectively． Results：Abdominaldiscomfortandpain(10cases，32．3％，respectively)werethetwomostcommoncomplaintsamong thepatients．Allpatientsreceivedsurgery,11receivedgastricwedgeresection,11receivedsubtotalgastrectom~5received lapraoscopicgastricwedgeresection,nad4receivedendoscopicsubmucosaldissection．Nosevereadversecomplication wasobserved．Atotalof29patients(93．5％)werefolloweduP．Duringthefollow-up,2patientswerefoundtoexhibit tumorrecurrence，andlpatienthadlivermetastases．Onepatientdiedoftumorprogression,whileanotherdiedofnaother malingnattumor．Medinaprogressionfreesurvival(PFS)tiII1ewas120．3monthsJandmedinaoverallsurvival(OS)time was130．4months． Conclusion：SmallgastricGISThasbetterprognosis．Surgery ishtebestchoiceforhterapy．Micronivasiveproceduresrae safenadeffectiveforelectivepatients．Tumornecrosis，tumorbleeding,andmusclenivasionraepotentialprognosticfactors
