南京邮电大学通达学院 毕 业 论 文 题 目：基于Malmquist-index的通信 服务企业动态效率研究 专 业： 信息管理与信息系统 学生姓名： 班级学号： 指导教师： 指导单位： 管理学院 日期： 2013年11月25日至 2014 年 6 月13 日 摘 要 在经济全球化的推动下，信息产业内的竞争日渐激烈，通信服务企业如何在竞争中提升自身经营效率，找准改进方向成为其必需考虑的问题。通过对运营效率进行分析，可以了解企业的营业状况及经营管理水平。本文在已有文献研究的基础上，运用DEA-Malmquist指数模型，以产出为导向，对通信服务业公司连续经营的效率进行评价。 DEA把每一个评价单位看做一个决策单元，通过对决策单元投入和产出比率的综合分析，确定决策单元是否DEA有效，同时指出非DEA有效决策单元的原因和调整方向和程度。将DEA运用到Malmquist指数计算过程中，使用2009~2013年的面板数据来计算全要素生产率和技术变化以及综合效率变化，来测度决策单元时间序列上的生产率变化即动态效率变化。根据分析结果为通信服务企业提出相关改善建议。研究发现：我国大多数通信服务企业处于规模报酬下降阶段，其生产率水平呈下降态势；技术水平、管理水平成为影响通信服务类企业生产效率提升的主要原因。 关键词：通信服务企业；运营效率；数据包络分析(DEA)；Malmquist指数 ABSTRACT Driven by economic globalization,the competition in the information industry has been more acute. The issue for Communication services Industry of how to enhance its own operation efficiency in competition and Identity the improvement direction must be taken into consideration. Through the operation efficiency analysis, we can understand the business situation and the management level of enterprises. Based on existing literature,this article,using the output-oriented DEA-Malmquist index mod,will evaluate the efficiency of the companies in Communication service from continuing operations. The DEA take each evaluation unit as a decision making unit, through a comprehensive analysis of the decision making unit input and output ratio, and then determine whether decision unit is DEA efficient , at the same time point out that the reasons of non DEA effective decision making units and adjust the direction and degree. Applying DEA to Malmquist index calculation process, to use panel data of 2009 ~ 2013 to calculate the Total Factor Productivity(TFP) and changes in technology and comprehensive efficiency change, to measure the productivity changes of Decision Making Unit o
