Abstract: esearch purposes:In order to study the dyna ic touch pressure characteristics for the pantograph head and
an aerodyna ic drag easure ent for the whole pantograph , the experi ental research is conducted in FD - 09 low
speedw ind tunnelofCAAA. The objective is provided scientific basis for the opti ization design of its structure and the
practical application.
esearch methods:Relative to the airflow direction, thepantograph state isdivided a favorablepantograph (closing sto-
ata) and an adverse pantograph (opening sto ata). The heights of pantograph head are respectively 900 ,
1 300 , and 2 300 . The testwind speeds are fro 100 k /h to 280 k /h at intervals of 20 k /h.
esearch results:The easure ent results indicate that the wt o type of pantographs differ greatly in aerodyna icdrag.
Therefore, the i prove ent aerodyna ic property on ithas greatpotentialities.
