试析油田井下作业隐患和安全防范措施 　　摘要：井下作业的不安全行为指的是施工人员在没有排除任何井下非安全动作、非安全形式的前提下,作业人员强制实施井下开采、井下维修等的状况。非安全动作的具体内容有:在设备异常的情况下施工、贸然进入危险区域、忽视警告、用手替代设备操作、操作错误、不配备任何劳保措施等情况。而非安全形式则指的是:施工现场的恶劣环境、缺乏保险或是防护设施、施工工具或设备出现异常、缺少个人防护设施等状况。这些不安全因素的出现都会对井下作业人员的人身安全造成威胁。因此要注重安全隐患的排除、施工现场的管理、技术人员专业水平的提高以及现场的防护措施。本文主要分析目前我国油田井下作业中常见的安全隐患,以提高施工作业的安全性为目标,提出几点安全防范的措施与建议。 关键词：油田井下；作业施工；安全防范Abstract:The unsafe behavior of downhole operation refers to the construction personnel without precondition of any underground non safety action, non secure mode, operation personnel to enforce underground mining, underground repair and condition. The specific content of unsafe action: in the equipment under the condition of abnormal construction, rushed into the danger zone, ignoring warnings, by hand instead of equipment operation, operation error, not equipped with any protective measures. Rather than security form refers to: the construction site of the harsh environment, lack of insurance or protective facilities, construction tools or equipment is abnormal, the lack of personal protective equipment etc.. The emergence of these unsafe factors will pose a threat to the personal safety of mine workers. So we should pay attention to safety hidden danger elimination, construction site management, professional and technical personnel to the scene to raise the level and the protective measures. This paper analyzed the common security hidden danger of our country oil field downhole operation, in order to improve the operational safety as the goal, put forward measures and suggestions of security points. Keywords: oil field construction; security; 中图分类号：TE358 1非安全油田井下作业的具体表现 由于油田井下作业中出现的安全隐患种类繁多,经过研究显示主要的不安全井下作业可分为以下几种: (l)由于井下作业施工人员操作失误而造成的非安全作业。这主要指的是施工人员在井下作业过程中,存在侥幸心理而忽略了可能存在的安全隐患,或者是一些施工人员自恃技术过硬能够规避危险,从而导致事故的发生。往往出现这一情况的主要原因在于施工人员虽然拥有一定的危险防范意识,但由于存在侥幸心理、盲目自信而无视危险的存在。 (2)由于防护工作不到位而造成的非安全作业。在实际作业的现场,极易受到场地、天气、设备的因素影响而缺少防护措施,例如围栏的设置不牢固、警示牌的设置不明显等现象。 (3)由于受害人的个人行为而造成的非安全作业。即受害人由于受到某种利益的诱惑,无视施
