So, this article designs a kind of glass cleaner that can solve this problem. it not only can reduce the danger, but also can improve the efficiency of cleaning windows. Firstly, the article introduces the whole structure of glass cleaner and the working principle of it, then the article introduces the stress analsis of the whole structure , the selection of parts materials and the strength check of parts, at the same time, the article introduces the calculation and analysis of the key structure, it can ensure that the design is reasonable; Conducting virtual design and assembly of parts by using proe software, finally to carry on the movement simulation; Drawing the part drawing and assembly drawing by using cad software. In the end, the design of glass cleaner can comply with the design requirements and specifications, people can finish the cleaning work of glass window safeiy and efficiently.
