高职院校职业指导和就业教育存在问题探究 　　摘要：面对严峻的就业形势，如何让高职毕业生顺利就业及实现毕业后的职业发展已经成为高职院校工作的重中之重。只有根据高等职业教育的培养目标，有针对性的开展职业指导和就业教育工作，尽快建立起有效地职业指导和就业教育体系，为高职学生提供优质高效的服务，满足学生日益增长的就业需求，才能有效缓解严峻的就业压力，实现高职学生的充分就业，从而促进我国高等职业教育的健康发展。因此，高职院校积极开展职业指导和就业教育，提高高职生的就业能力就成为学校责无旁贷的重要任务。本文从高职院校职业指导与就业教育现状分析入手，研究职业指导和就业教育问题，探索其规律，分析高职院校职业指导与就业教育存在的问题，为确定高职院校职业指导与就业教育措施提供依据。 关键词：高职院校；职业指导；就业教育 Abstract: In the face of the severe employment situation, how to make vocational graduates employment and occupation after graduation development has become a priority among priorities in Higher Vocational colleges.
