WCDMA无线网络规划设计与实现 摘要 无线网络规划的目的是要对投入运行的无线网络进行参数采集、数据分析，并找出影响网络质量的原因。如果没有经过良好的规划与设计，网络投入运 行后可能会在通话质量上出现很多问题。因此，网络规划是移动网络建设中必不可少的环节。合理的无线网络规划可以提高网络质量，避免投资浪费，以最低的成本来满足用户的需求。 本文首先就目前广泛受到关注的WCDMA的背景与意义进行阐述，并且对当今流行的WCDMA和GSM的技术特点进行对比。其次，对WCDMA 无线网络规划的方法进行分析，找出WCDMA无线网络规划的原则，包括网络定位、建设策略、覆盖方式、容量规划和基本业务选项等因素。最后，对WCDMA无线网络规划的流程进行研究，进而通过仿真来完成WCDMA无线网络规划的设计与实现。 关键词：WCDMA；网络定位；网络规划；容量规划；覆盖方式PLANNING DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF WCDMA RADIO NETWORK ABSTRACT The purpose of the mobile communication network planning is to do the parameter acquisition, data analysis of the wireless which is put into operation and to find out the reasons that influence the quality of the network. If it is not well planned and designed, there will be lots of problem in communication quality when the network is put into use. Therefore network planning is a necessary link in mobile communication construction. What’s more, reasonable network planning chan improve the quality of the network and it can avoid the waste of investigation so as to meet user’s need in the lowest cost. In this paper，it first states the background and significance of the widely concerned WCDMA and compare the technical characteristic of WCDMA and GSM. Then it analysis the methods of WCDMA network planning and get the principles of WCDMA network planning, which includes network positioning, construction strategy, covering planning, capacity planning and basic service. Last it goes into the process of WCDMA network planning ad finish the design and realization of WCDMA network planning by the simulation.
