结构设计原理课程教学团队建设的改革与实践 张建仁 李传习 杨美良 刘小燕 长沙理工大学 土木与建筑学院 湖南 长沙 410014 摘 要:土木工程专业结构设计原理课程教学团队被批准立项国家级教学团队建设以来,按照高等学校本科教学质量与改革工程国家级教学团队建设任务书的要求,以“科研促教学,改革促发展”的建设方针,以“人才培养质量为根本,学科建设为龙头,教学改革为动力,课程建设为纽带,科研课题为支撑,团队合作机制形成为前提,使师资队伍和教学团队在数量、质量、结构等方面不断改善和优化”的思路进行建设,取得了以国家级教学成果奖、国家级精品课程、国家级实验教学示范中心、国家级特色专业为标志的一系列高水平建设成果,形成了一支由教学名师带头,老中青搭配、专业职称和知识结构合理、教学水平高、科研能力强的高素质专业国家级教师团队。 关键词:土木工程专业;结构设计原理;国家级教学团队;特色;建设;实践 Reform and Practice in Teaching Team of the Course of Structure Design Principle Jianren-Zhang Chuanxi-Li Meiliang-Yang Xiaoyan-Liu (School of Civil Engineering Architecture, Changsha University of Science and Technology, Hunan Changsha 410014,China) Abstract: Since the project establishment of the national-level teaching team of structure design principle course for civil engineering specialty was approved, according to the requirements of the national-level teaching team construction project description of undergraduate education quality and reform, the teaching team was built on the basis of the construction policy that research promoting teaching and reform promoting development, and the idea that taking quality of personnel training as a fundamental, subject construction as a lead, teaching reform as a driving force, course construction as a link, research projects as support, forming team cooperation mechanism as premise, making the quantity, quality and structure etc. of teachers and teaching team improve and optimize continuously. The construction of the teaching team has obtained a series of high level results such as the national-level teaching achievement prize, the national-level top-quality courses, the national-level experimental teaching demonstration center and the national-level characteristic specialty, and formed a national-level teacher team with high teaching level and strong research ability that master teachers taking the lead, reasonable collocations of the age structure (old, middle-aged and the young), the professional titles and knowle
