开展在岗女职工规范性预防体检必要性的研究 武汉铁路卫生监督所信阳分所 楮树斌 【摘要】 目的 依据社会主义制度的优越性，国有大型企业女职工劳动权利和智慧得到充分发挥。但随着市场经济建设，女职工生理差异逐渐现显。女职工疾病发病率逐渐增高，直接威胁女职工身体健康和社会生存的协调发展。运用流行病学方法阐述开展在岗女职工规范性预防体检的必要性。结果 从横断面观察经济因素是女职工预防性体检率下降的原因之一，乳腺癌、卵巢子宫肌瘤、生殖道感染、外阴骚痒等发病率升高，造成女职工出勤率下降或早亡。占企业三分之一强的女职工疾病严重影响国有企业职工队伍健康状况的整体水平，三早预防是关键措施。结论 采取健康促进的干预措施，规范在岗女职工健康预防体检非常必要。 【关键词】女性职工 健康体检 必要性 The development necessary studies at the hillock working woman standards prevention physical examination Wuhan railroad sanitary supervision Xinyang Branch Zhu Shu Bin [abstract] purpose The goal basis socialist system superiority, the state-owned major industry working woman right to work and the wisdom obtains the full display.But along with the market economy construction, the working woman physiology difference presently reveals gradually.The working woman disease disease incidence rate advances gradually, threatens the working woman health and social survival coordinated development directly.Using epidemiology method elaboration development at hillock working woman standards prevention physical examination necessity. Conclusion The conclusion takes the intervention measure which the health promotes, the standard at the hillock working woman health prevention physical examination is extremely essential.
