民营企业员工培训的问题研究 摘 要 人类社会进入了知识经济时代,企业竞争的焦点不仅是资金、技术等传统资源,而是建立在人力资本基础之上的创新能力。同时经济的全球化发展使得企业间的竞争范围更加广阔,市场变化速度日益加快,面对这种严峻的挑战,企业必须保持持续学习的能力,不断追踪日新月异的先进技术和管理思想,才能在广阔的市场中拥有一席之地。于是,增加对人力资源不断的投资,加强对员工的教育培训,提升员工素质,使人力资本持续增值,从而持续提升企业业绩和实现战略规划,成为企业界的共识依据有关员工培训理论,在调查分析现有对于企业而言,培训实质上是一种系统化的智力投资,其作用主要体现在:培训有利于提高企业员工的整体素质,促进企业的长远发展;培训有利于企业加强自身对外部环境的适应性;培训能够提高企业自身改革和创新的能力;培训是企业吸引人才、培育人才和保留人才的重要手段。对个人而言,培训是从员工培训的概念着手,分析了员工培训需求,探讨了企业员工培训效果评价方法设计,优化设计了企业员工培训效果评价的流程,得出了企业员工培训改进策略,总结了企业员工培训效果评价设计影响因素,运用科学的设计方案,有效为企业员工培训提供理论依据。 Private enterprise research on the issue of staff training Abstract Human society gradually entered the era of knowledge-based economy, competitive focus not just capital, technology and other traditional resources, and is built on the human capital base of innovations.
