江西师范大学科学技术学院学士学位论文 浅析跨国公司从国际贸易转向国际直接投资 的原因 摘 要 国际贸易和投资自由化的进步是当前经济全球化的重要推动器，为世界各 国特别是发展中国家参与国际分工、发展本国经济提供了重要的外部条件。在竞 争中，各国都纷纷发挥其自身优势，跨国经营俨然成为企业向全球进军的一种潮 流。此氛围下，为了适应国际贸易规模的扩大和国际直接投资金额的增长，以及 在企业自需、国家政府、国际组织等各种客观主观因素的引诱下，跨国公司从国 际贸易中转向国际直接投资是面临日趋剧烈的国际竞争力的最好选择，也是其实 现收益最大化的最终目标。本文先从自由化背景下跨国公司发展的现状谈起，继 而据此较为系统的分析了跨国公司存在的问题，接着从内外因方面探讨跨国公司 为什么从国际贸易转向国际直接投资，以及转向之后对中国企业更好地进行国际 贸易的启示。 关键字：跨国公司，国际贸易，国际直接投资 I 江西师范大学科学技术学院学士学位论文 浅析跨国公司从国际贸易转向国际直接投资 的原因 Abstract Theprogressofinternationaltradeanddevelopmentofinvestmentliberalization is the most important propeller for economic globalization at present and provides most externalconditionsforallcountriesespeciallydevelopingcountriestotakepart ininternational specializationanddeveloptheirowneconomy.Withthedevelopment of economicglobalization,increasingly competitiveglobal economy of all countries, the transnational business has become the inevitable choice of contemporary global enterprise. In this condition, in order to adapt to the expansion of the scale of international trade and the international direct investment amount of growth, and in the need of enterprise self , the enterprise of national governments, international organizations and other objective and subjective factors, multinational company frominternationaltradetointernationaldirectinvestmentisthebestchoiceintheface ofincreasinglyfierceinternationalcompetitionandisthefinalgoalofmaximizingthe present interests. This paper firstly introduces the current situation of the multi-national company, the existing problems of the multi-national company. And then explorewhytheMulti-National Companyshiftedfromtheinternationaltradeto the international direct investment. and the international direct investment enlightenmenttoChina.
