某住宅小区雨污水回用设计说明书与设计计算 摘要 随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，人们对水资源的需求量越来越大。我国为水资源贫乏的国家，人均占有量不到世界平均水平的四分之一，再加上时空分布不均，致使部分地区供求矛盾加剧。为节约用水，充分发挥现有水资源的利用率，有些城市相继指定了中水回收利用的有关规定，将淋浴、洗涤、盥洗等轻度污染的污水，经处理后用于冲洗厕所、洗车、绿化等。 南京江宁区颐和南园小区规模较大，绿化面积达到50％，小区中心花园设有水体景观，小区绿化、水景补充等需要大量的水源补充，由于自来水费用较高，且不符合节水要求，在小区建设过程中配套建设污水回用与雨水利用设施，实现污水和雨水的资源化利用。设计出水水质：BOD5≤6mg/L、COD≤50 mg/L、SS≤10mg/L、NH3-N≤5mg/L、pH=6-9。要求污水处理后达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918－2002）的一级B标准。 根据小区人口和卫生设施配备情况，确定污水处理规模，并按照50%的规模回用。雨水利用规模通过方案比选确定。本设计对污水回用和雨水利用综合方案进行比选，结合投资、处理要求、维护管理工作量、运行成本等进行综合经济技术比较。确定工艺方案出水水质满足冲洗厕所、绿化、道路喷洒等杂用水要求。通过工程设计确定处理构筑物工艺参数、尺寸及主要设备性能参数、数量。 关键词：住宅小区，生活污水，雨水利用，设计计算 Abstract With economic development and peoples living standards improve, the demand for water is growing.
