摘要 农村产业发展是促进农村经济发展的根本。推进农村产业发展，提高农村产业水平，有利于改变城乡二元经济结构，实现国民经济协调发展。然而，农村产业的发展离不开大量的资金支持，而金融支持是解决资金难题的主要途径。因此，产业政策的金融支持体系对于推进我国产业发展具有重要作用。本文从昭通市苹果产业发展实际出发，通过分析金融支持在各国农业发展中所起的作用，结合经济增长理论，指出金融对苹果产业发展的支持力度关系到昭通市苹果产业的发展；通过考察苹果产业发展中经济主体的金融需求现状，从农户和金融机构方面分析了昭通苹果产业发展中存在的金融支持问题；通过金融支持栖霞苹果产业发展和惠农卡支持苹果产业发展的实例分析，结合不完全竞争市场理论，提出了推进金融支持昭通苹果产业发展的对策和建议。 [关键词]Abstract Development of rural industries is the root to promote rural economic development. Promoting development of rural industries, and improve the level of rural industries, there are help to change the urban-rural dual economic structure, and achieve the coordinated development of the national economy. However, the development of rural industry is inseparable from a lot of financial support, and financial support is a important way to solving financial problems. So, the financial support system for industrial policy in promote the industry development plays an important role. The article based on the apple industry Zhaotong City reality, by analyzing what the role of the financial support in the agricultural development of the countries. combined with economic growth theory, pointing out that the financial support for Apples industrial development efforts related to the development of Zhaotong City apple industry; by examining state of the financial needs of economic entities,in the the development of apple industry . analyze the financial support issues exist in Zhaotong apple industry in terms of farmers and financial institutions; by the analysis of financial support of Qixia apple industry and benefit farmers card support instances apple industry, combined with the imperfect competition theory, proposed countermeasures and suggestions to promote financial support the development of Zhaotong apple industry.
