摘 要 “三农”问题的核心是农民问题,农民的收入偏低是农村问题的表现,实质是 农民的就业问题。“居民收入”和“城乡居民收入差距”等问题也一直是社会关注 的焦点，而农村劳动力的转移对增加居民收入，缩小城乡居民收入差距具有现实 的意义。在经济发展的基础上,应特别重视劳动机构转移,为工人创造更多的就 业机会,特别是农民。文章回顾了国内农村劳动力转移的现状，分析富宁县农村 劳动力转移对其经济发展的影响，较全面的了解转移劳动力外出求职的相应价 值取向与效应，研究富宁县农村劳动力转移中存在的问题对其进行了归 分析 和评述，以找到所存在问题的解决途径，并分析选择出一种更适合富宁县发展的 渠道的可行性建议。 关键词：农村劳动力转移；就地转移；异地转移；经济增长 Abstract The core of agriculture, rural, farmers issue is farmers, and the essence is the employment of farmers, also the manifestation of rural is low income. The issues of “Income and income gap between urban and rural residents” are always the focus of society. However, the transfer of rural labor force has practical significance to increase income and reduce the income gap between urban and rural. Based on the development of economy, the government should pay attention to transfer the labor in stitutions, and create more employment opportunities for the workers, particularly farmers. The article reviews the status of the domestic transfer of rural labors, and analyze the impact of the transfer of rural labor force in Funing county to the economic development. I comprehensively understanding the corresponding values and effect of transferring labor force to go to find jobs, and research the the issues of transferring the rural labor fo-rce in Funing county then make a analysis and commentary for finding the way to sol-ve the problem. In the end, to analyze and choose a feasible suggestion for the development of Funing county.
