本合同由中国ABC公司(以下简称“买方”)和美国XY有限公司（以下简称“卖方”）所签订。按照下列条款，买方同意购买，卖方同意出售下述商品： This contract is made by and between China ABC Corporation (hereinafter referred to as?“BUYERS”), who agrees to buy, and American XY Company Ltd.
