摘 要: 《现代教育技术》公共实验课是师范生职前培训的重要课程，在校师范生通过该课程提高自身信息技术能力。但由于学生多、师资匮乏，该网络课程设计与开发愈显重要。由于微视频短小、精悍，适宜零碎化学习，符合大学生学习一般特征，本文介绍基于微视频的《现代教育技术》公共实验课网络课程的设计与开发，对该网络课程设计的理论基础、设计思路进行阐述，开发的网络课程主要功能模块包括——教学资源浏览、微视频学习、实验报告提交、教学资源上传、电子实验报告绩效评价等。笔者以淮北师范大学《现代教育技术》公共实验课网络课程为依托，归纳公共实验课网络课程的设计与开发，为其他高校开发本公共实验课网络课程提供参考。 关键词：现代教育技术；公共实验课；网络课程；微视频；电子实验报告提交与批改 Abstract: Public experiment course of Modern educational technology is an important course of pre-service training for normal university students, and a majority of students improve their information technology skills by this course. Because the number of students is far more than the number of teachers, it is more increasingly important to design and development online courses of this course. Due to the short-time fragment, classical content, and applicability for university students, micro-videos are suited to the design and development the network course of public experiment course of Modern educational technology. In this paper, there will be some explanations on theories and design idea of this network course.
