摘 要 在21世纪的今天，企业所面临的竞争环境越来越激烈。市场的需求就是“将适应时代潮流的高品质的商品以最低的价格，及时且准确地保障供给”。因此，越来越多的公司开始认识到对供应链实施业务流程改进可以增加经济效益，建立竞争优势，是谋求企业健康持续发展的重要手段。 本文以现代供应链管理理论和流程再造理论为依据，以JIT（准时化）理论为指导，以对公司的供应链进行流程再造，使公司的成本降低，提高公司运营效率为目标，仔细对YLD公司的供应链管理现状进行剖析，并针对供应链管理中存在的问题，提出了改进的思路、方法和优化措施。 其中，本文着重探讨了改进供应链管理模式，建立科学合理的JIT供应链管理体系；提出了加强供应商管理的优化原则、实施供应商动态管理的方法以及对不同类型供应商进行分类管理的策略；建立了YLD公司的JIT采购模式，改进完善仓储和物流方法以及实施零库存控制的策略与措施；并制定了JIT供应链管理体制和流程优化的设计方案。 通过本文研究，为YLD公司进一步加强、改进、提高供应链管理水平提供了思路和方法，有助于YLD公司降低成本，增加利润。 关键词：YLD公司，供应链，供应链管理，JIT理论，流程再造理论。 Abstract Today in the 21st century, enterprises are facing more and more intense competitive environment. The needs of the market is time to adapt to the trend of high-quality merchandise at the lowest price, timely and accurate manner to protect the supply. Therefore, more and more and more companies begin to recognize the supply chain to improve the implementation of business processes can increase economic efficiency, set up a competitive edge, enterprises are seeking healthy and continuous development of essential tools. In this paper, the theory of modern supply chain management and process reengineering theory to JIT (just-in-time) theory as a guide, to the companys supply chain process reengineering, to reduce the cost of the company, improve operating efficiency, careful of the YLD the companys supply chain management to analyze the status quo and for supply-chain management problems and put forward ideas for improvement, methods, and optimization measures. Among them, this article focuses on improving supply chain management model, set up scientific and reasonable JIT supply chain management system; to strengthen the management of the supplier to optimize the principle supplier to implement the dynamic management approach, as well as different types of supplier management strategy to classify ; set up the YLDs JIT procurement model, improved methods of warehousing and logistics, as well as the implementation of inventory control strategies and measures; and
