用混配土代替煤粉配制型砂曹玉亭，董鲁斌，孙政，王文胜，姜晓刚（烟台胜地汽车零部件制造有限公司，山东 烟台 264006）摘要：介绍了公司的砂处理设备以及型砂使用混配土前存在的问题。根据热工二部 3 条新东 FCMX-Ⅲ造型线合用一个砂处理系统的情况，对型砂配制材料进行了调整，使用混配土来代替煤粉，并且对紧实率、水分、含泥量等型砂性能参数 也进行了调整和优化。生产结果显示：该工艺提高了型砂的综合性能，降低了造型废型率，减少了铸件砂眼、气孔、粘砂 等缺陷，不但降低了生产成本，而且免除了煤粉自燃的安全隐患。此外，采用混配土不但经济环保，符合绿色铸造的发展 要求，而且粉尘较少，生产条件和工作环境也得到了改善。关键词：混配土；煤粉 ；型砂配制工艺；成品率中图分类号：TG221文献标识码：B文章编号：1003－8345（2014）06－0076－06DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1003-8345.2014.06.0012Preparing Green Molding Sand by Using Mixed Clay to Replace Coal DustCAO Yu-ting，DONG Lu-bin，SUN Zheng，WANG Wen-sheng，JIANG Xiao-gang（Yantai Winhere Auto Parts Co.,Ltd.，Yantai 264006，China）Abstract：An introduction was conducted to the sand-treating equipments of authors company and problems with molding sand before using mixed clay. Considering the situation that one sand-treating system was used jointly by 3 SINTO FCMX-III molding lines of No.2 hot-working section，the molding sand preparing materials were adjusted including replacing the coal dust by mixed clay and adjusting and optimizing the property parameters of the molding sand such as compactability，moisture，clay content etc.The production result showed：this new process improved the overall properties of the molding sand，decreased mold rejection rate，reduced casting defects such as sand inclusion，blow hole and burning -on etc. The mixed clay not only reduced casting production cost and also avoided the hidden danger that self-ignition of the coal dust may occur.
