针刺脑清穴对痉挛型脑瘫患儿尖足步态的临床效果观察 张勇1 刘振寰2 （广州中医药大学研究生院，广东广州 510006；2.广州中医药大学附属南海妇女儿童医院，广东佛山 528200） 摘要：目的：评价针刺脑清穴对痉挛型脑瘫尖足步态的临床疗效；方法：将160例患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组各80例，治疗组在针刺脑清穴基础上，配合基础治疗（运动疗法、作业疗法、言语治疗及头针治疗），对照组针刺解溪、阳陵泉、三阴交基础上，配合基础治疗。两组针灸治疗均隔日一次，10次为1疗程，疗程间间隔15天，连续治疗三个疗程。并于第1次针灸治疗后30min及治疗3个疗程后，采用足背屈角及踝关节活动度测量、综合痉挛量表（CSS）评定疗效。结果：治疗组足背屈角测量及踝关节活动度测量即时效应及3个疗程后效应均优于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗组综合痉挛量表评分即时效果及3个疗程后效果均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：针刺脑清穴可有效改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿尖足步态。 关键词：痉挛型脑瘫；脑清穴；尖足； The influence of acupuncture Naoqing(EX-LE16) on the tiptoe gait in children with spastic cerebral palsy Zhang Yong1, Liu Zhenhuan2 （1.Guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine；Guangzhou 510006；2. Methods One hundred and sixty children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, eighty cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with acupuncture Naoqing (EX-LE16) and combined with basic therapy (Scalp acupuncture therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and physical therapy).
