Abstract Objective: To evaluate the clinical application values of biological fluid hemostatic membrane in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: Selected 200 patients who applied laparoscopic cholecystectomy and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, there were 100 cases in each group. The treatment group used the biological fluid hemostatic membrane 100ml flush on the gallbladder bed after the electric coagulation hemostasis, the control group only received the electric coagulation hemostasis on the gallbladder bed, then, the patients were placed on the 20F celiacrubber tube to drainage. Analysis and compare the Clinical data between two groups. Results: In the treatment group, the results of postoperative bleeding, the recovery of the alimentary canal, and the complications were significantly lower compared with control group (P0.05). Conclusion: The biological fluid hemostaticmembrane can reduce the postoperative bleeding, shorter the recovery of the enteron time, also reduce the complications in laparoscopic cholecystectom
