骨良性纤维组织细胞瘤影像学表现及病理分析 翁静飞 韩福刚 西南医科大学附属医院放射科 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的 探讨骨良性纤维组织细胞瘤 (BFH) 的影像学特性及临床病理特点, 以增加对该病的了解并提高诊断水平。方法 回顾性性分析西南医科大学附属医院2013年1月至2016年11月收治的15例经手术病理证实的骨良性纤维组织细胞瘤的影像学资料。全部病例均行X线平片检查, 行CT扫描10例, MRI检查6例。结果 病灶多发生于四肢长骨, 均为单发病灶。在X线表现为类圆形膨胀性骨质破坏, 边界清楚, 周围可有硬化边, 无骨膜反应。CT显示病灶表现为软组织密度影, 软组织肿块少见。MRI显示病灶在T1WI以等低信号为主, 类似肌肉信号, T2WI呈高信号或以高信号为主的混杂信号。结论 骨良性纤维组织细胞瘤的影像学表现有一定特点, 归纳分析其影像学及临床资料能够提高诊断精确性。 关键词： 骨肿瘤; 良性纤维组织细胞瘤; X线计算机; 磁共振成像; 作者简介：韩福刚。E-mail:8311hfg@163.com 收稿日期：2017-05-04 Radiological and pathological analysis of benign fibrous histiocytoma of bone WENG Jing-fei HAN Fu-gang Department of Radiology, the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University; Abstract： Objective To explore the imaging radiological and clinicopathological characteristics of benign fibrous histiocytoma (BFH) of bone, and to improve the imaging diagnostic accuracy of the disease. Methods The radiological and clinical data of 15 patients with BFH confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed in the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from January 2013 to November 2016.All cases were performed X-ray plain film inspection, in which 10 cases underwent CT scan and 6 cases underwent MR scan. Results Most lesions appeared as solitary and were localized in long bones, which showed round-like expansive bony destruction on X-ray, with clear border and osteosclerosis in the margin, no periosteal reaction. CT showed soft tissue densities without soft tissue mass.MRI showed the signal similar to the muscle on T1 WI, and hyperintense signal intensity on T2 WI. Conclusion There are certain image characteristics in benign fibroushistiocytoma of bone, and a comprehensive analysis of the imaging and clinical data can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
