Physical education teaching quality is the comprehensive embodiment of physical education teaching effects, mainly composed of various objective factors which reflect students learning effects, referring to teaching results rather than teaching processes. Physical education teaching quality evaluation is not equal to physical education teaching evaluation; physical education teaching quality affecting factors differ from physical education teaching evaluation factors. Enhancing physical education teaching quality can be started with aspects characterized by “comprehensive, new, real” etc, and the relativity of physical education teaching quality improvement should be fully considered.
