师资培训论文：音乐师资调查现状与培训策略研究 【中文摘要】本文通过文献法、问卷调查、访谈法,观察法、案例法对长春市绿园区小学音乐教师师资队伍的调查研究。发现小学音乐教师队伍存在的问题。通过存在的问题找出有效地培训途径。来提升小学音乐教师自身素养,提升音乐教学的教育教学质量。改变教学的单一性,让音乐课堂教学变得丰富多彩。音乐教师基本技能与教学水平的高与低直接影响音乐课堂的教学效果。音乐教师的能力提高了,音乐教育才能得到发展。通过对音乐教师以下几方面的培训,提升音乐教师的个人素养。如:(1)备课:细致的解读音乐教材,教学目标与教学难点,优化教案、教学设计。(2)讲座:根据音乐教师的理论需求,提升音乐教师的理论基础。开展有效的教学讲座。(3)研讨课:每学期设计不同音乐课课型,让教师畅所欲言发表不同的意见。通过研讨找出有效地课堂教学方法。提升教师的评价能力。(4)培训:通过专业知识的同时培训提升小学音乐教师的基本技能,通过教育科研培训提升音乐教师的教育科研能力。通过教学法的培训提升音乐教师的课堂教学能力。(5)开展命题论坛,让音乐教师畅所欲言,取长补短。有针对性的提高音乐教师的自身素质,加强音乐教师的学习意识,给音乐教师提供有力的学习机会。是音乐教师队伍在不断地学习中慢慢成长。是音乐教学能够提高的必要条件,也是首要问题。 【英文摘要】Through the method of literature, questionnaire, interview and observation, and the case, it makes an investigation and research on elementary school music teachers’team in Lvyuan District of Changchun City.
