城乡一体化统筹发展论文：城乡一体化统筹发展理论和实证研究 【中文摘要】统筹城乡发展,推进城乡一体化,是打破城乡二元结构,完善市场经济体制,建设和谐社会主义社会的必然要求。所谓统筹城乡发展,就是要改变城乡隔离的传统观念和做法,就是要统筹城乡经济发展、社会进步、空间利用、生态保护。推进城乡一体化,有利于打破城乡二元结构,缩小城乡生活水平差距,减弱工农对抗,统筹城乡空间资源利用,提高城乡基础设施共享水平,建立城乡平等的社会经济秩序。本文的总体思路是以当前城乡一体化统筹发展号召为背景,以东海县为研究对象,先阐述了文章的,我国提出城乡一体化统筹发展战略举措的意义,以及对东海的经济社会的影响作用,再对城乡一体化统筹发展理论进行综述,介绍了发达国家与发展中国家城乡一体化国家统筹发展经验,以及国内上海、成都等地的实践经验,总结分析了东海县推进城乡一体化进程中存在的城乡空间利用矛盾、土地浪费、区域承载力下降以及劳动力转移等现实问题,最后针对东海县城乡一体化统筹发展中的现状和问题,提出相应的建设对策和建议。 【英文摘要】The pool in urban and rural areas is developed, advance the integration of urban and rural areas, it is to break structure of two yuan in urban and rural areas, improve the market economic system, build the inevitable requirement of the socialist society harmoniously.
