中央国术馆论文：中央国术馆师资状况研究 【中文摘要】”中央国术馆”,是中华民国时期主管国术的机构之一,属国民政府直属机构。它“以提倡中国武术、增进全民健康”为宗旨,在推广国术教学,培养武术人才,研究与整理国术资料,促进国术对外交流等方面发挥了重要作用。而所有这些成就,都与该馆师资的付出是分不开的。那么中央国术馆师资的来源、结构、教学科研、日常管理与考核、权利与保障,以及师资建设的作用与影响到底如何?本文试图就这些问题展开讨论。本文以中央国术馆师资状况为研究对象,主要采用文献资料法、历史考证法和逻辑分析法等研究手段,获得以下研究结论:第一,中央国术馆教员来源途径广泛,学历结构多元,人才不拘一格,这有利于各方面资源和知识的整合,从而促进了国术馆师资整体素质的提高和师资整体力量的提升。第二,中央国术馆建立了一套较为成熟的师资管理制度,这种制度既有利于对教员工作的规范管理,亦注意到对教员基本权利的保障,从而最大限度地调动和发挥了教员工作的积极性和主动性。第三,中央国术馆的师资队伍建设,对近代中国武术的发展起到了重要促进作用,无论是加强优秀国术人才的培养,还是推动国术社会考试制度的建设,亦或是促进国术的对外传播和交流,都为后世武术的发展提供了重要启示。 【英文摘要】”Central Martial Arts School,” was one of the institutions on martial arts in the period of the republic of China, affiliated to national government institutions .
