特色应用型本科院校实践教学体系的构建与探索 　　摘要： 随着我国高校转型发展需要，如何凸显应用型本科院校特色，提高毕业生在就业市场中的竞争力，彰显应用型本科院校教学实力，成为目前应用型本科院校建设实践的重点。对此，文章首先对应用型人才的内涵进行深入阐述，并提出实践教学环节的重要性；其次，利用实地调研和座谈等方式，对东北3所应用型本科院校在实践教学体系方面的建设进行调查，包括实践教学认识、实践教学组织保障、实践教学基地建设等方面进行调查，并根据调查结果分析其中存在的问题；最后从实践的角度，提出基于能力培养的全过程、多层次和多模块的实践教学体系，从而通过这种全方位的实践教学培养，提高特色应用型本科院校学生的实践能力，更好的为企业需求和经济发展服务。 　　Abstract： With the transformation and development of colleges and universities in China， how to highlight the characteristics of applied undergraduate colleges， improve the competitiveness of graduates in the job market， highlight the application-oriented colleges and universities teaching strength， becomes the focus of practice of applied undergraduate institutions. In this regard， the article first describes the connotation of applied talents， and puts forward the importance of practical teaching. In the second part， the author makes an investigation on the construction of practical teaching system in 3 applied universities in Northeast China by means of questionnaires， and then puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the practical teaching system， including practice teaching， organization of practical teaching， and construction of practical teaching base. Based on the results of the investigation， the author analyzes the problems in the construction of the teaching base.
