第六组 宏观经济增长与发展 ——1990~2006年的城镇经济结构变迁视角解释 周靖祥 林健怡( （重庆大学经济与管理学院 重庆，400030） 【摘要】在市场经济体制转变过程中, 城镇所有制变迁对农村劳动力“吸纳”以及其区域经济增长的作用不可忽视。劳动力作为宏观经济增长的重要要素，与资本的配置结构决定增长的方向和质量。本文建立包含农村劳动力城镇就业结构的经济增长模型，借助1990～2006年中国地区统计数据进行实证检验。得出如下结论：（1）东部、中部及西部地区城镇不同所有制经（三部门）劳动力就业对经济增长作用差异十分显著，东部地区主要是其他所有制经济部门（个体、私营和外资）部门劳动力吸纳对经济增长作用巨大，而中、西部地区主要是国有经济部门的农村劳动力贡献显著，与现实相符。（2）在此基础上讨论农村劳动力迁移的影响因素，发现固定资产投资是农村劳动力就业的重要影响因素。（3）讨论农村劳动力迁移对省区经济增长收敛的影响，得出存在条件收敛的结论，并提出促进农村劳动力城镇就业和缩小区域经济增长差距的相关政策建议。 关键词 农村劳动力 经济增长 所有制结构 固定资产投资 中图分类号 文献标识码 AStudy on the Receiving Capability to Rural Labor Force and Regional Economic Growth Convergence with the Reform of Ownership Structure ---Analysis on the city Economic Structure in 1990~2006 of China Abstract: In the process of market changing of the economic system, changes with the ownership of the cities and towns of rural labor force, absorption as well as its role in regional economic growth can not be ignored. Labor as an important element of macroeconomic growth and the capital structure determines the allocation of the direction and quality of growth. This paper includes the establishment of rural laborers and urban employment structure of the economic growth model, with China from 1990 to 2006 statistical data in empirical testing.
