[M e thods] The descriptive epidem iology w as adopted to analyze the cases collected by Suspected AEFIM onitoring System in Fuzhou ity. [ Resu lts] A total of 43 AEFI casesw ere reported including 22 easesw ith general reaction( 51. 16% ), 11w ith abnormal reaction( 25. 58% ) , 2w ith cou pling symptom s ( 4. 65% ) and 8w ith unknown reasons ( 18. 60% ). Adverse reactionsw ere induced by 6 kinds of vaccines, the to talsuspected abnormal reaction rate was 1. 56/ 100 000, especially for the B G. Themost commonly reported adverse eventsw ere fever, local sw elling and local induration. [ Con clu sion ] To mi prove the quality of mi munization services, the standardization of vac cination clinicsmust be strengthened, and the number ofmedicalw orkers and the vaccination operationmust be increased and stand ardized respectively.
