13张京祥1，王莉莉2，罗震东1（1.南京大学城市与区域规划系，南京210093；2.俄亥俄州立大学地理系，美国哥伦布市OH43210）MULTI-DIMENSIONALSCANNINGOFURBANMEGA-PROJECTSUNDERTHEENVIRONMENTOFGLOBALIZATIONZHANGJing-xiang1,WANGLi-li2,LUOZhen-dong1(1.DepartmentofUrbanRegionalPlanning,NanjingUniversity,Nanjing210093,China;2.DepartmentofGeography,theOhioStateUniversity,Columbus,OH43210,U.S.A.)Abstract:Undertheintenselycompetitiveenvironmentofglobalization,urbangovernmentneedstopromoteurbanmarketingsoastoacquirethecapitalgrowth,leadingtotheprosperityofmega-projectsglobally.Urbanmegaprojectsarethesymbolandspatialdeclarationforurbangovernmenttodealwiththecompetitiveenvironment.Thesignificanceofthemhasfarsurpassedtheusevalueofthemselves.However,manyexperiencesinhistoryshowthaturbanmegaprojectshaveproducedalotofproblemsinpolitics,economyandsocietywhilebringingaboutnewopportunitiesandgloryforurbandevelopment.Manycitieshaveoverspenturbanfinancialresourcesandpublicwelfareastheypursuetheglorioussymbolicandpoliticaleffects.Andtherefore,theyhavefallenintothesituationoflong-termrecessionanddifficultiesinfinancialresourcesafterobtainingtheshort-termglory.So,undertheenvironmentandcontextofglobalization,itshouldbeconsideredtoscanthedrivingmechanismanddeepinfluenceofthemfromthemulti-dimensionalangleofview.Thispaperanalyzesentrepreneurialtransitionofgovernmentgovernance,indicatingthaturbanmega-projectsmeettherequirementsforgovernmenttopromoteurbangrowthandrealizegovernancetransition,andpromotetheformingofurbangrowthcoalitionwithgovernmentandbusinessmen.Besides,thepapermaintainsthaturbanmega-projectsaretheproductsymbolofeconomicglobalization,andthemeansobjectinthespaceofpoliticsandeconomy.Growthcoalitionthaturbanmega-projectsdependonisweakandutilitarian.Thedazzlingmega-projectshidebigeconomicrisks.Andurbanmega-projectsalsoaggravatesocialpolarizationandspatialdifferentiation.Finally,thepaperbelievesthatintheperiodoftransitioninChina,constructionofurbanmega-projectswillfacebiggerimpulseanddifficulties,andconsiderationshouldbemoredispassionatelyma
