江西风电行业气象服务调查与分析 汪如良 1，刘志萍 1，岳 旭 1，徐 芳 2 （1. 江西省气象服务中心，南昌 330046；2. 江西省水利水电学校，南昌 330013） 摘 要：利用德尔菲法和对比分析法，选取中电投江西新能源公司、江西电力公司等 12 家公司 20 位专家进行风电 气象服务调查与分析，专家涵盖领导、管理、一线技术人员等。专家从风电项目规划设计、风电场建设、风电生 产、风电调度、风机维护、风电技术研究与开发设计等典型生产环节进行分析，得出：①江西省风电行业气象服务 平均贡献率为 1.78 %；②影响风电行业生产的主要气象要素或天气现象为风速、闪电雷暴、风叶覆冰厚度、空气密 度和低温等；③风电行业需求的气象服务产品主要为专业气象预报和风能资源观测，其次是基本天气预报、风能资 源的评估和气象灾害预警。 关键词：风电气象服务；德尔菲法；贡献率；江西 中图分类号：TM614；P49 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1005－7676 （2012） 03－0043－04 Survey and Analysis of Meteorological Services of Wind Power Industry in Jiangxi WANG Ru-liang 1, LIU Zhi-ping 1, YUE Xu 1, XU Fang 2 （1. Water Conservancy and Hydropower School of Jiangxi Province, Nanchang 330013, China） Abstract: Delphi method and comparative analysis were used by 20 experts to survey and analyze the meteorological services of the wind power industry in Jiangxi. These experts were selected from 12 companies, such as Jiangxi New Energy Company, Jiangxi Electric Power Company, and others. Experts were involved in the planning and designing of wind power projects, the construction of wind farms, wind power production, wind scheduling of power, fan maintenance, the typical production of wind power technology research and design aspects of meteorological services. It was concluded that: ① The average contribution rate of meteorological services of the wind power industry is 1.78% in Jiangxi Province; ②Impact main meteorological elements or weather phenomena of the wind power industry are wind speed, lightning, thunderstorms, blades ice cover thickness, air density and low temperature; ③ The meteorological services products that the wind power industry needs are mainly the observation of a professional weather forecasting and wind energy resources, followed by the basic weather forecast, wind resource assessment and meteorological disaster warning.
