精品论文 参考文献 半夏泻心汤加减治疗胃脘痛药物临床疗效分析 阜宁县三灶镇卫生院 江苏盐城 224402 摘要：目的：观察半夏泻心汤治疗胃脘痛药物临床效果并分析其药理作用。方法：选择2014年3月-2015年3月我院门诊治疗的104例胃脘痛患者为研究对象，随机分成两组，观察组、对照组各52例，观察组采用半夏泻心汤加减治疗，对照组采用西药治疗，疗程均为8周，比较两组患者临床应用效果，并通过3个月随访，比较其复发率。结果：观察组总有效率、复发率分别为69.23%、5.77%，对照组为：42.30%、21.15%，组间对应参数比较存在显著差异（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论：胃脘痛临床应用半夏泻心汤加减治疗，能够起到标本兼治的作用，不仅具有优良的近期效果，而且有效的降低其复发率，具有良好的远期疗效，值得在基层推广使用。 关键词：半夏泻心汤；胃脘痛；药理作用；临床效果 [Abstract]Objective：To observe BanxiaxiexinTang clinical effects of drug treatment of epigastric pain and analyze their pharmacological effects.Methods：March 2014 - March 2015 104 cases of epigastric pain patients in our hospital outpatient treatment for the study were randomly divided into two groups，the observation group and control group of 52 cases，observation group BanxiaxiexinTang subtraction treatment，control group with western medicine，a course of eight weeks，clinical effects were compared，and by 3 months of follow-up，compared the recurrence rate.Results：The total effective rate，recurrence rates were 69.23%，5.77% in the control group：42.30%，21.15%，corresponding to the parameters between the groups were significantly different（P lt;0.05），statistically significant.Conclusion：The clinical application of epigastric pain BanxiaxiexinTang Treating，can play a role in tackling the problem，not only has an excellent short-term effect，but also effectively reduce the recurrence rate，with good long-term effect，it is worth at the grassroots level to promote the use. [Key words]：BanxiaxiexinTang；epigastric pain；pharmacological；clinical effect 胃脘痛是基层医院门诊常见病和多发病，通常由外感寒邪、饮食所伤、情志不畅和脾胃素虚等病因而引发，以胃气郁滞、失于和降是胃痛的主要病机【1，2】。临床常见临床症状表现为胃部胀痛，大部分患者同时伴有不同程度的嗳气、呃逆、反酸、痞满、纳呆、大便秘结等。西医则认为是急性胃炎、慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、功能性消化不良、胃黏膜脱垂等疾病的临床表现[3，4]，治疗主要是采取对症处理，虽然能够取得较好的临床效果，但其复发率较高。我院与2014年3月-2015年3月对门诊胃脘痛患者出院半夏泻心汤加减治疗，取得满意的药物临床疗效，并通过对患者3个月的随访，其复发率较西医治疗明显降低，现将结果报道如下： 1 资料与方法 1.1、一般资料：选择2014年3月-2015年3月在我院门诊治疗的胃脘痛患者104例，随机分成两组，每组52例。观察组中，男性：37例，女性15例；年龄：34-83岁，平均年龄43plusmn;2.16岁
