精品论文 参考文献 尺骨鹰嘴骨牵引配合手法复位小夹板钢托外固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折疗效观察 窦树林 陈 福 王海亮 刘 海 　　四川省眉山市中医医院 四川眉山 620010 　　【摘 要】目的：探究与分析尺骨鹰嘴骨牵引手法复位小夹板钢托外固定治疗儿童肱骨踝上骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取我院自2013年1月至2015年1月収治的60例儿童肱骨踝上骨折，采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各30例，对照组给予手法复位配合小夹板钢托固定联合中药外敷治疗，观察组给予尺骨鹰嘴骨牵引手法复位小夹板钢托外固定治疗，对比两组患儿肘关节屈伸活动范围及肘关节功能HSS评分。结果：对照组与观察组治疗4周、5周及8周肘关节屈伸活动范围均无明显差异，Pgt;0.05，具有统计学意义。对照组肘关节HSS评分优良率为90.00%，观察组肘关节HSS评分优良率为93.33%，两组患儿肘关节HSS评分优良率相比无明显差异，Pgt;0.05，不具有统计学意义。结论：两种治疗方法均具有各自优势，临床医师需针对患儿个体情况给予合理选择，可有效提高患儿的生活质量，值得广泛推广与应用。 　　【关键词】尺骨鹰嘴骨牵引；手法复位；小夹板钢托外固定；儿童肱骨踝上骨折；疗效 　　【中图分类号】R726 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）8-0078-02 　　Curative effect observation of skeletal traction through olecranon of ulna combined with manipulative reduction and splint external fixation under steel bracket on treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children 　　【Abstract】Objective:To explore and analyze the curative effect observation of skeletal traction through olecranon of ulna combined with manipulative reduction and splint external fixation under steel bracket on treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children. Methods: 60 children with humerus ankle fracture who were treated in our hospital from 2013 January to 2015 January were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group,control group was given manipulative reduction and small splint fixation under steel support combined with external application of Chinese medicine, observation group used skeletal traction through olecranon of ulna methods combined with small splint external fixation under steel bracket, compared two groupsrsquo; elbow flexion range of motion and the HSS elbow function score. Results: There were no obvious difference between two groupsrsquo; elbow flexion and extension activities after 4 weeks, 5 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment , Pgt;0.05, with statistical significance.
