精品论文 参考文献 低温等离子消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎疗效观察 四川省射洪县人民医院 四川射洪 629200 摘要：目的：探讨低温等离子消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：将150例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各75例，观察组行低温等离子消融术，对照组行下鼻甲部分切除术，术后1年复查，观察两组患者下鼻甲缩小情况和鼻腔通气改善情况。结果：术后随访1年，观察组总有效率97.3%，对照组总有效率78.7%，观察组总有效率高于对照组（Plt;0.05），两者数据比较，差异有统计学意义。结论：低温等离子消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎疗效优于下鼻甲部分切除，具有损伤小、出血少、手术时间短、恢复快、术后反应轻、通气改善明显等优点。 关键词：低温等离子消融；下鼻甲部分切除；慢性肥厚性鼻炎 [Abstract]Objective：to investigate the clinical effect of low temperature plasma ablation in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods：150cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group，each75 cases，observation group was treated with low-temperature plasma ablation，the control group underwent partial resection of the inferior turbinate，after 1 ear review observed two groups of patients with inferior turbinate reduction and nasal ventilation improvement of.Results：postoperative follow-up of 1years，the total efficiency of the observation group 97.3%，control group total effective rate was 78.7%，total effective rate of observation group is higher than that of the control group（Plt;0.05），the two data comparison，the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：the low-temperature plasma ablation of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis curative effect is better than that of partial inferior turbinate resection，with less injury，less bleeding，short operation time，recovery advantages of fast，postoperative reaction is light，ventilation improved significantly. [Keywords]Low-temperature plasma ablation；Partial resection of inferior turbinate；Chronic hypertrophic rhinitis 慢性肥厚性鼻炎是以黏膜、黏膜下层、甚至骨质的局限性或弥漫性增生肥厚为特点的鼻腔慢性炎症。一般表现为鼻塞，可引起耳鸣、听力减退、溢泪、慢性咽喉炎、头痛、头昏等症状。是耳鼻喉科常见病、多发病。导致下鼻甲肥厚的生理病理因素包括药物性鼻炎、过敏性鼻炎、血管运动性鼻炎等[1]。慢性肥厚性鼻炎传统治疗方法是鼻甲部分切除术、激光、微波等方法，取得了一定疗效，但因术中视野不清，手术不到位，术后鼻腔黏膜反应重，而影响疗效和手术开展。随着医疗水平的发展，近几年临床开始应用低温等离子消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎。我院五官科选择2011年6月—2013年6月收治的150例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者作为研究对象，其方法将150例患者随机分别观察组和对照组各75例，分别采用低温等离子消融术和双侧下鼻甲部分切除术，术后定期复查，了解下鼻甲回缩、患者症状改善、术后长期效应等情况，观察两组疗效，现报道如下。
