智能建筑消防子系统的设计与实现 【摘要】：随着我国智能建筑业的发展，高层建筑及建筑群体越来越多，从而也促进消防系统以迅猛的速度向前迈进，在智能建筑的设备自动化系统中消防系统是非常重要的一个子系统，本文主要介绍了消防系统中火灾自动报警系统和自动灭火控制系统。阐述了火灾自动报警系统（FAS）的主要原理和功能，并对建筑物中的主要报警设备和控制设备在系统中的作用进行了简单的说明。火灾自动报警系统和自动灭火控制系统之间的联动是本次设计的主要内容，自动灭火设备得到火灾报警信号后，按照事先编制的程序来完成灭火的全过程，所以编程是其中一项比较重要的任务。由于火灾自动报警及消防联动控制系统的自动化程度逐渐完善，所以它在建筑防火中发挥着越来越大的作用，已成为一门新技术学科。 【关键字】：智能建筑 消防监控 可编程控制器 Abstract: With the development of intelligence building industry in our country,high buildings and building community are more and more,and that promote the fire fighting system to move forward with swift and violent speed.In intelligence construct of equipment automation,the fire fighting system is a very important subsystem.this text introduces the fire automatism alarming system and automatism extinguishing system in the fire fighting system,and expatiates the mostly elements and function of the fire automatism alarming system ,it simply reports the function of mostly alarming equipment and cortrolling equipment in the building .the linkage between alarming system and extinguishing system is the mostly content of this design,when extinguishing equipment received the signal of fire alarm,it completes the entirely process of putting out a fire according to prior formality,so programment is more important mission in the process.as a result of fire fighting systems automation gradually perfecting ,it very important in fireproofing and has been a new technic subject. keywords:Intelligent Building,fire fighting,PLC 1 概述 1.1 智能建筑 现代化建筑安装了越来越多的智能设备，我们称为智能建筑（Intellingent Building）。智能建筑是采用先进的电子信息技术对建筑的设备进行自动监控，对信息资源进行有效管理和对用户提供信息服务的新型建筑。它通过对建筑物的四大要素（结构，系统，服务，管理）及其内在关联的最大优化考虑，为人们提供一个投资合理，高效，舒适，便利的环境，是高新技术与建筑艺术的有机结合。智能建筑中的智能化系统主要是由建筑设备自动化系统BAS、通信网络系统CNS和办公自动化系统OAS三大子系统组成。 建筑设备自动化系统(Building Automation System)以计算机技术为核心，是一种将建筑物有关的设备如电力、照明、空调通风、给排水、消防、保安、运输等设备集中监视、控制和管理的综合性的系统，以使设备安全、可靠的运行，节约能耗，节省人力。 通信系统（Telecommunication System）包括以程控用户交换机为核心，以多功能电话、传真、各类终端为主要设备的通信网以及楼内局域网、工作站、高速主干通信网等，这些设备（包括软件）应用新的信息技术构成智能大厦信息的
