精品论文 参考文献 60例心血管内科感染患者的临床治疗方法分析 绵阳市人民医院 　　摘要：目的 分析统计60例心血管内科感染患者的临床治疗方法，提高心血管内科感染患者的临床治疗率。方法 分别回顾调查医院内2014年10月到2016年2月我院收治的60例心血管内科感染患者，对照组采用常规剂量的抗生素例如青霉素，头孢类药物进行治疗，青霉素剂量为每天800到1000万U，头孢每天6到10克，链霉素剂量为每天1到2克。实验组在对照组的治疗上加大剂量，青霉素剂量变为每天2000万U，头孢和链霉素变为对照组的2倍。结果 对照组30例心血管内科感染的患者，治疗有效的患者为24例，治疗有效率80%。实验组30例心血管内科感染的患者，治疗有效的患者为29例，治疗有效率96%。结论 对心血管内科感染的最重要的治疗措施就是采取合适正确剂量的抗生素，在治疗的过程中，还需要降低医院感染率。 　　关键词：60例心血管内科；感染患者；临床治疗；方法 　　objective analysis the clinical treatment of 60 patients with cardiovascular internal medicine infection, improve cardiovascular internal medicine clinical treatment in patients with infection.
