精品论文 参考文献 AF钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折36例 王振涛 　　（江苏省徐州市贾汪区人民医院骨科 221011） 　　【摘要】目的：研究AF钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的治疗方法和临床效果。方法：将2011年11月至2013年11月于我院就诊的36例胸腰椎骨折患者进行AF钉内固定术，并对患者康复情况进行随访，对其治疗效果和恢复情况进行研究。结果：36例胸腰椎骨折患者在术后 5-30 个月进行随访，无断钉断棒病例发生，发现内固定松动患者3例，不明原因导致腰痛患者4例。结论：AF钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折，必须在严格把握手术适应症的基础上，充分植骨，手术过程需要准确定位、仔细规范操作，防止早期活动负重，有利于及时取出患者内固定。 　　【中图分类号】R687 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2014）18-0026-02 　　【Abstract】 Study the clinical efficacy of AF pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of thoracic and lumbar fracture. Methods: In our hospital from 2011 November ndash;2013year in November 36 cases of thoracic and lumbar fracture treated by AF pedicle screw fixation. Follow-up all patientsrsquo; condition and evaluate the AF pedicle screw fixationrsquo; efficacy. Results: 36 patients were followed up, follow-up time ranged from 5 to 18 months. There no AF broken be founded in all Cases. There were three cases appeared the loosening of screw fixation. Four patients felt lumbago for unexplained reason. Conclusion: AF pedicle screw fixation not only must be carried in the base of proficiency charge of patientsrsquo; condition but also need to located the accurate operation position. AF pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture can restore patientsrsquo; vertebral body height and the spinal cord compression syndromes. Itrsquo;s advantages included easy adjustment, curative effect satisfaction, simple structure and so on. Therefore the AF pedicle screw fixation is worth the clinical extensive for the treatment of thoracic and lumbar fracture. 　　【Key words】Thoracic and lumbar fractures The AF within the fixation clinical efficacy 　　胸腰椎骨折是一种外科常见的严重脊柱创伤，患者常伴有不同程度的脊髓、神经损伤。胸腰椎骨折是脊柱损伤最常见的原因之一[1]。目前临床上对胸腰椎骨折的治疗常以AF钉内固定手术为主。我院将2011年11月至2013年11月就诊的36例胸腰椎骨折患者进行了AF钉内固定术治疗和随访，详情现报道分析如下： 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　自2011年11月至2013年11月就诊的36例胸腰椎骨折患者。其中男性21例，女性15例，年龄23-59岁，所有患者在体重、性别和年龄相比，均没有显著性差异(Pgt;0.05)。患者损伤部位：L113例，L23例，T118例，T1212例。
