精品论文 参考文献 专科护理要点沟通单在非本专科室行连续性血液净化中的应用 河南科技大学附属黄河医院 河南三门峡 472000 【摘 要】目的：为提高在非本专科室行连续性床旁血液净化患者的护理质量。方法：三个护理小组（专科护理小组、接受专科护理要点沟通单培训的非本专科护理小组、未接受专科护理要点沟通单培训的非本专科护理小组）对同样行床旁血液净化的患者进行护理。比较三个小组治疗效果和不良事件发生率。结果：三个小组治疗后血肌酐(Cr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、PH值、HCO3-专科护理小组较接受专科护理要点沟通单培训的非本专科护理小组治疗效果好，差异有统计学意义(P1＜0.05),接受专科护理要点沟通单培训的非本专科护理小组较未接受专科护理要点沟通单培训的非本专科护理小组治疗效果好，差异有统计学意义（P2＜0.05）。未接受专科护理要点沟通单培训的非本专科护理小组不良事件发生率明显高于专科护理小组和接受专科护理要点沟通单培训的非本专科护理小组。结论：专科护理要点沟通单可提高在非本专科室行连续性床旁血液净化的护理质量，提高患者满意度，丰富非本专科室护理人员的专科护理知识。 【关键词】专科护理要点沟通单；非本专科室；连续性床旁血液净化；应用 【中图分类号】R473 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1764-8999（2015）7-0649-02 The main points of Nursing College of communication in non specialist of the single chamber for continuous blood purification in the application 【Abstract】Objective：In order to improve in the non specialist of the chamber for continuousbedside blood purification quality of patient care MethodsThree nursing group (specialist nursing group, accept the nursing key points communication single training non specialist of the nursingteam, did not accept the nursing key points of communication than thesingle training specialist care group) for nursing care of patients withthe same bedside blood purification.
