精品论文 参考文献 个性化护理干预在HIV感染患者围手术期的应用 [摘 要]目的：探讨个性化护理干预在HIV感染患者围手术期应用的效果。方法：择期行手术治疗的 HIV 感染患者 30 例，随机分为两组，每组15例。对照组患者给予常规护理；观察组患者在对照组基础上给予更加全面的个性化护理干预。比较两组患者的焦虑程度及血压、心率变化情况并对比两组患者生活质量。结果：进入手术室后观察组患后焦虑情况明显低于对照组患者；对照组患者进入手术室后焦虑程度明显升高（Plt;0.05）；观察组患者入室后血压、心率较为平稳，且明显低于对照组患者，对照患者进入手术室后血压、心率明显高于干预前（Plt;0.05）。观察组患者的生活质量较干预前明显改善(Plt;O．05)。结论：HIV感染患者围手术期实施个性化护理干预，引导患者正视现实，配合治疗，从生理和心理综合进行，使其身心处于最佳状态，利于手术的进行和术后康复，值得推广。 [关键词]个性化护理干预 获得性免疫缺陷综合征 围手术期 DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.0376-2491.2016.36.63 作者单位：210000，江苏省南京市，南京市第二医院 Application of individualized nursing intervention in perioperative period of patients with HIV infection Zhou Yan Abstract：Objective: To investigate effect of personalized nursing intervention in HIV-infected patients in the perioperative period. Methods:30 cases of HIV-infected patients were randomly divided into two groups of 15 cases. The control group was treated with routine nursing care; patients of observation group were given more comprehensive personalized nursing intervention. Two groups were compared anxiety degree and blood pressure, heart rate and quality of life. Results: After entering the operating room, anxiety of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group. Anxiety of control group was significantly elevated (P lt;0.05).Blood pressure and heart rate of observation group is relatively stable, and significantly lower than the control group, while that of control group significantly higher than those before the intervention (P lt;0.05). The patients quality of life compared with those of before the intervention significantly improved (P lt;O.05). Conclusion: The implementation of personalized nursing interventions in HIV-infected patients in the perioperative period could guide the patient to face reality with the treatment, Keep the best mental and physical state from the physical and psychological integrated.
