精品论文 参考文献 中西医结合治疗轻中度胃下垂疗效观察及钡剂检查再评价 杨晓峰 梁韶春（通信作者）许锡博 张艺镄 　　(济南市第五人民医院,山东250022） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨生血宁联合磷酸肌酸钠对轻中度胃下垂临床疗效。方法：选取我院2011年7月-2013年7月收治的轻中度胃下垂患者117例作为研究对象，并随机分为治疗者和对照组，所有患者采取相同的常规治疗，在此基础上对照组患者前十天肌酐0.6静点，加ATP20mg，每天三次，同时服用补中益气丸10g，每天三次，连用30天后复诊。治疗组患者每天口服生血宁100mg，每天三次，连用30天，前10天加用磷酸肌酸钠0.5g，静点10天。结果：治治疗组患者平均胃提高范围(6.6plusmn;1.2cm)显著高于对照组(2.7plusmn;0.9cm)；治疗组患者治疗总有效率(83.47%)显著高于对照组(46.0%)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：生血宁、磷酸肌酸钠治疗轻中度胃下垂有较好作用，优于传统治疗，值得临床推广。 　　关键字：生血宁；磷酸肌酸钠；胃下垂 　　Observation on curative affect of compound E-Jiao slurry treatment with gastroptosis and changes of CCK before and after the treatment 　　Abstract: Objective: To explore the therapeutic affect of compound E-Jiao slurry to the gastroptosis and changes of CCK before and after the treatment. 　　Methods: The treatment group had been treated with compound E-Jiao slurry and the control group with ATP, Domperidone and Bu zhong yi qi wans. Meanwhile, each of the three drugs had been used for 3 weeks. 　　Results: In the treatment group, the location of the stomach improved by an average of 5.3cm in 46 gastroptosis cases and the control group improved by an average of 2.7cm. Besides, in the treatment group, the value of CCK-8 increased nearly twice before and after the treatment.
